“Lessons in life will be repeated until they are learned.”

 - Frank Sonnenburg -

My Areas of Expertise:

Life is expected to have ups and downs and that is unavoidable. The therapeutic relationship that I hope to bring to our sessions is one of compassion, understanding, empathy, and openness to differences without judgment. It is my belief that everyone on this planet strives to have a good quality of life and can become overwhelmed with constant disappointments, self-doubt, and a sense of feeling lost.

It is my intention to help guide you to discover and appreciate the best parts of yourself as well as accept the flaws within yourself. My approach is Client-Centered, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed Care, Multicultural Issues, and Women issues.  My goal is to help you reach your own personal goals in life, as well as help increase positive self-esteem and the development of healthy coping tools to help you navigate through life’s difficult moments in hopes to empower you and celebrate your victories and accomplishments.

My specialties are treating individual adults, adolescents, couples, families, and military veterans. I’m also a United States Veteran(Navy) and believe that this can certainly contribute to understanding the culture of military/veteran life experiences. Thank you for allowing me to serve you in the highest of integrity.
